You love snow. You love playing in the snow. Then Winter Park Resort is the place you're going to love. We have the deepest, most consistent snow in Colorado. More that 351 inches of that fluffy white stuff blanketed the slopes last year. A fact backed by the National Weather Service as well as three generations of Colorado Skiers.
However, just because you can count on good snow doesn't mean you should expect to ski in blizzard conditions. On average, Winter Park has 106 days of sunshine during the ski season -- or approximately 70 percent of the season is sunny.

Set in the Vasquez Mountains of Arapaho National Forest, Winter Park ski area is located 67 miles (108 km) west of Denver via I-70 west to US 40. The resort is 2 miles from the town of Winter Park (free shuttle available).
