Raging Buffalo is about 50 miles from Chicago, located on Illinois Route 31 on the McHenery-Kane County border, between Algonquin and Carpentersville.
The park is 1.5 miles south of Route 62, 3.5 miles north of Route 72 and 7 miles north of I-90, on the bank of the Fox River.
