About the Ski Resort

Timber Ridge Ski Area offers a variety of slopes along with the highest natural vertical rise in southwest Michigan. They offer runs from beginner to expert. New for 1998/99 is a snowboard terrain park.

Bangor International Airport is located 51 miles from the Eaton Mountain, or about one hour by car. From the airport, take US 2 going N for 1 mile to I-95 and then drive S for 25 miles, when you come to State 11/100 drive N for 1 mile to the City of Newport, ME, then take US 2 traveling S for 25 miles to the City of Skowhegan, from there follow signs to the ski area.
