Butternut is located two miles east of Great Barrington, Mass., on Route 23. From New York, take the Taconic State Parkway north to Claverack/Route 23 exit; Route 23 east. From Albany, take I-90 east to Exit B3; Route 102 to West Stockbridge; Route 41 south to Route 23 east.
