About the Ski Resort
Franklin is a sports-minded town where youth soccer, football, and basketball reign. There are also extensive facilities including indoor ice skating rink, swimming and picnic areas, athletic facilities, community parks, two well maintained golf courses, and even Klein Innsbruck their downhill ski area with five slopes and chair lifts. Franklin is one of New England's most livable towns, with housing that is reasonably priced to suit any lifestyle. Older homes with ageless New England charm, conventional subdivisions and clustered housing amidst open space reserves. Apartments and condominiums with all the amenities, and new luxury construction in large developments, or on single lots amidst thick woods.

The nearest major airport is located in Providence, RI, which is 28 miles from the ski area, or about 40 minutes by car. From the airport, drive NE for 7 miles on US 1, then take I-95 traveling N for 5 miles, when you come to MA 146 drive NW for 6 miles, then take State Road 146 going W for 1 mile, get back on MA 146 and drive NW for 1 mile, then take RI 99 going N for 1 mile, head NW for 3 miles on RI 126 into the City of Woonsocket, RI, then continue N on State Road 126 for 3 miles, get on Pulaski St and drive NE for 1 mile into the City of Bellingham, MA, then get on the access road to Klein Innsbruck and drive E for less than a mile to the ski area.
