About the Ski Resort

Sugar Loaf is located in beautiful Leelanau County, surrounded by the spectacular Sleeping Bear Dunes. The resort features slopeside lodging, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a casual full-service restaurant, and a cozy fireside lobby. Sugar Loaf offers a tube run with multi lifts, a 1,200-feet long luge-type run with 110 feet of vertical drop and several new lighted cross-country trails for night skiing. There is a new mountaintop chalet with food service. Sugar Loaf consistently ranks among the "Best Views in the Midwest" and recently voted "Best Snowboard Park in Northern Michigan."
