Turner Mountain has the steepest fall line in the Northwest. Located 22 miles north of Libby, Montana, Turner is in the Southern Purcell Mountains. Halfway between The Big Mountain and Schweitzer, Libby is served daily by Amtrak's Empire Builder and east-west bus connections.
