About the Ski Resort
Big Sky's newest, intimate guest ranch! Mountain Meadows Guest Ranch is a small, cozy ranch consisting of a main lodge and two cabins on 580 acres of rolling meadows, ponds, streams, and forests. Family-owned and operated, Mountain Meadows is open year-round and specializes in the complete Montana experience.
Every season in Montana offers its own special allure. Uniquely beautiful in all seasons, there are many diverse activities in which to participate at each time of the year. Activities in the winter include cross-country skiing on 30K of Mountain Meadows‚ private, groomed trails, snowshoeing, sleighrides, downhill skiing at nearby, renowned Big Sky Ski Resort, and sledding and tobogganing. Cross-country skiing is a favorite winter activity at the ranch. The 30K of ski trails can be accessed right out the door, and from the beginner level skier to the more advanced, there is terrain for everyone! Trails cover open meadows, forests, rolling hills, and steeper mountain sides. The ranch proudly carries Madhus skis for their guests to use, and there is a waxing room for use too. Lessons are offered by PSI certified instructors. Summer activities consist of hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, white-water rafting, golf, tennis, swimming, and hayride/BBQs.
