About the Ski Resort
The summer (alleged) has been busy around here, with lots of projects already completed and others nearing completion. One of the most exciting things for the upcoming season is the expansion of our night skiing. We have added lights on Jawbone, Flipper and Dorsal. The lights on Jawbone are especially exciting, as we generally make snow earlier on Jawbone than on Face, and therefore will be able to offer double diamond, expert night terrain earlier than usual. To go along with the expanded night skiing, we are also introducing a new program called "The Night Shift".
On the renovation front, we have been busy improving the snack-bar and retail areas as well as the rest of the downstairs of the lodge. We managed to create space for an additional 30 seats in the general seating area. The Ski Shop has also undergone a major transformation. We needed to make space for the new shaped skis that are being added to our fleet this season, along with an increase in our boot inventory. The Nursery has also been upgraded and renovated.
