About the Ski Resort
Smugglers' has over 1,000 acres of all-terrain access including 750+ acres of woods in between trails. This resort has something for everyone!
The area consists of three interconnected mountains - Morse, Madonna and Sterling - offering terrain from friendly, groomed slopes for learning to expert mogul runs, thrilling glades and even the East's only triple black diamond, The Black Hole!
There are dozens of trails in all including a 3 ½ mile long run on the biggest vertical drop in Northern Vermont at 2,610 feet. Cross-country skiers will enjoy 34 km of scenic woods and fields and 24 km of snowshoeing and backcountry adventures.
Smugglers' is a cozy, self-contained slopeside resort village where everything from lodging and child care, to dining, and entertainment is within an easy stroll from your door.
Smugglers' is located 30 miles northeast of Burlington and 25 miles southeast of St. Albans. Follow Route 15, 104 or 109 into Jeffersonville. Located just 5 miles south on Route 108.

Smugglers' Notch is located 30 miles east of Burlington, Vermont.
From New York City (six hours drive), take I-95 N to New Haven, CT, then I-91 N through Hartford, CT, Springfield, MA and Brattleboro, VT to White River Junction, VT. At White River Junction, take I-89 N through Montpelier to Waterbury. Take Exit 10 I-89 in Waterbury, and follow Vermont Route 100 N through Stowe to Morrisville. In Morrisville, take Route 15 W through Johnson to Jeffersonville. In Jeffersonville, pick up Route 108 S. The resort is located about 6 miles from Jeffersonville on the left.
From Montreal (2 hours drive), take the Champlain Bridge to Hwy. 10 E, continue 9 miles. Take Exit 22 for Hwy. 35 S. Hwy. 35 S merges with Hwy. 133 S in Iberville. Follow this route to the Vermont Border where it turns into I-89. Follow I-89 S to St. Albans. Take Exit 19 (2nd exit for St. Albans) onto Rte. 104 (southeast direction). Follow 104 S through Fairfax to Cambridge. In Cambridge, pick up Rte. 15 E to Jeffersonville. In Jeffersonville take Rte. 108 S to the resort (about 6 miles).
